Kiende Macharia
Kiende Macharia is enthusiastic about events and wanted to support her passion. She searched Google for event courses and came across Pitman Training Kenya, where she was intrigued with the Event Management Diploma we offered.
She learned a lot in all of the courses, particularly Marketing Essentials, Social Media Courses, Event Management Essentials, Effective Business Communication, and many more. The courses provided her with a thorough understanding of event management, how to communicate effectively to get the best from your team, project management – planning and executing successful events, assess any risk in an event, and how to market through various social media outlets. The adaptable delivery method allowed her to work at her own pace and time.
Kiende has been an extremely focused and disciplined student. Despite her busy schedule, she was always fully engaged in courses and asked for assistance whenever needed. The training plan gave her an in-depth understanding of when each course would begin and end, including the exam date.
She added, "They are the best people to support you as you achieve your diploma in whichever field."
Kiende attended her graduation ceremony in December 2023, which was shared with other alumni. She was really happy and appreciative of what she had achieved.
